Service Description

About the modules: Emotion Regulation: Learn why emotions are necessary, how to notice, name, and regulate your emotions in order to decrease your emotional suffering. Mindfulness: The practice of being fully aware and present in this one moment, without judgement. Distress Tolerance: How to tolerate pain in difficult situations without making things worse. Interpersonal Effectiveness: How to ask for what you want and say no while maintaining relationships with others and your self-respect.
